Findings

A summary of findings and insights is presented once all inputs have been gathered. However, Xcelerate’s agile consulting approach means clients can socialize or implement early recommendations as we discuss learnings during bi-weekly check-in conversations.

Recommendations

Following synthesis, Xcelerate shares strategic recommendations, including a map of the learning journey, KPIs, and plans for roll-out and next steps. Xcelerate will also provide ongoing consultation to help the team move through the process and pivot as conditions evolve.
