The Approach
Discovery
Xcelerate conducts intake meetings with key stakeholders including target learners to understand the impact of change in the organization, including potential barriers, opportunities and preconceived ideas. These inputs are leveraged to support the design of the training program.
Design
Learning objectives are identified based on change barriers uncovered during the Discovery phase. The Design considers the best methods and learning experiences to address challenges, achieve goals, and support different learning styles.
Development
Xcelerate builds a training program complete with tools and instructions. The result is a turn-key plan ready to pass off to instructors for execution. To support leaders, a briefing is also included to help instructors better understand the course intention, flow and implementation vision.
